Patients please be aware that prescription request is the individual’s responsibility.
Prescriptions take 72 hours to process whether you request on-line, drop off your repeat request to the surgery or email.
We are unable to accept verbal prescription request as these may lead to errors due to staff not clearly understanding a patient’s request.
Please ensure that you do not run out of any medication and you allow the 72 hours needed to process your prescription.
